Veritas Software Appoints ECS Computers (Asia) Pte Ltd as new Value Added Distributor in Singapore strategic partnership extends offering of leading integrated and interoperable storage software solutions to customers

Singapore, 16 November, 2001 - VERITAS Software Corporation (Nasdaq:VRTS), the storage software company, announced the appointment of ECS Computers Asia Pte Ltd (ECS) as its new Value Added Distributor (VAD) for its enterprise range of storage software solutions for the Unix environment.
