Account Managers (Sale of Training Services)

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for marketing, selling & following up on ECS training services to our corporate customers. 
  • Your will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales quota.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Tertiary education level in recognized institutions.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience in the services industry.
  • Preference will be given to those from the Infocomm Technology (IT) Education/Training services industry.
  • Good customer handling & communication skills.

 

Technical Instructors (System & Security training)

Job Description:

  • To provide comprehensive I.T. professional certification training programmes to help individuals and organizations maximize their productivity and increase their competitive advantage.
  • To enhance or create training content for courseware purposes.
  • Follow principal's curriculum and deliver them in a proficient and comprehensive manner.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Poly or Tertiary education from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of delivering Infocomm Technology (IT) training. 
  • Preference will be given to those with industry certifications (eg. CCNA / CCSE / CISSP or SCJP).
  • Certifications in the area of Security will be advantageous.
  • Related customer support & consulting roles is an added advantage.
  • Firm commitment to technical excellence.
  • Good customer handling & communication skills.
