By signing on the registration form, your organization or yourself has agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

• All training fee must be prepaid in Singapore dollars.

• All prices to add the current GST amount (Goods & Services Tax by the Government of Singapore) for all services consumed in Singapore. Learn more here.

Quotation

• All quotation is valid within 3 months from the date of quotation.

Confirmation

• Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

• A confirmation email will be sent to participant within 5 working days before course commencement.

Rescheduling

• Participants are only allowed to change the training date once after which it will be considered as no-show with 100% cancellation charge no matter how many days in advance a cancellation notice is given to us in writing.

• Class reschedule by participant must be made in writing (fax or email) latest 6 working days before course commences otherwise it would be treated as no show with no refund.

Cancellation

• 100% refund for course cancellation for more than 11 working days before course commencement.

• 50% refund for course cancellation within 6-10 working days before course commencement.

• No refund for course cancellation within 5 working days.

• Replacement of another participant agreed by yourself is acceptable on the same date.

Registration Form

• Only faxed registration form will be accepted. 

• All fields must be completed. 

• NRIC No. and Singaporean/PR fields must be completed for CITREP application process.

• For corporate sponsored customers, a company chop must be stamped on the form.

• A "NA" for "Not Applicable" could be used for fields which are Not Applicable.

Vouchers

• Vouchers for training and exam are not refundable and/or extendable.

Class Rescheduling and Cancellation by ECS

• ECS reserves the right to postpone or cancel any classes due to unforeseen circumstances thereby the refund criteria will be based on the new date.
